The London Healthy Workplace Charter [1] is a self-assessment framework that recognises and rewards employers for investing in workplace health and wellbeing, providing a series of standards for workplaces to meet. So far, 60 organisations have been accredited, including Homerton University Hospital NHS Trust. It borrows its framework from the Workplace Wellbeing Charter (above) developed in Liverpool as part of World Health Organisation (WHO) Healthy Cities Status [2].
