Knowledge collaboration is literally collaboration around knowledge. That is, you start with a knowledge base and collaborate around it. DG is a knowledge collaboration tool. By breaking free of time constraints (with its spacial foundation), and by use of an ingenious linking technique DG allows you to create a 3D knowledge base structure in 2D. The linking technique is ingenious because it uses virtual entry and exit points to represent passage through the space of the structure. It is a knowledge collaboration tool because it then layers in functions for simultaneous collaborative discussion of and decision-making around that knowledge base, based on a community of editors, with one or more moderators.
