UN is objective, but not impartial
The UN is not impartial in this conflict because Israelis have breached international law more frequently and to a larger degree than Palestinians, so there is broad agreement among member countries (other than the US and Israel itself) that Israel has further to move towards a fair agreement. The UN is generally impartial when both sides are within the bounds of international law, or are equally at fault in breaching it.
