We might use the same approaches and we will have the same results over time.  We could transform and may reach the education for all SDG for primary grades in all parts of the world. 

How we ask? 

Hardest to reach populations are without the critical infrastructures we need to enable the internet.  The workshop highlighted an opportunity where the hardest to reach population from Rwanda has achieved their goal of internet access for all. 

The Lakota have recently learned the State of Washington tribes have been funded directly from the national budgets and successfully transformed their Health and Human Services funding mechanisms.  

By far the quality of service must be improved if innovation is intended to be realized.
