Risk Assessment Horizon Scanning predicts for Sapiens plurum.
RAHS is a tool to discover patterns and project probabilities. A RAHS system that applies machine analytics to support human discovery of risks is being developed by the government of Singapore. Its first goal was to reduce risk and damage from terrorist attacks.

Singapore is now using the system to project economic as well as security trends and events. As Sapiens Plurum matures, more RAHS systems will be externally focused on comets and other cosmic events. (See more.)
