RERF has conclude
(1) Based on RERF studies , chronic exposure to a total dose of about 100 mSv would increase lifetime risk by 0.5 to 0.7 percentage point.
(2) Among people exposed to high dose radiation (at least 1 sievert), increased frequency of non-cancer disease (cataract, benign thyroid tumor, heart disease, etc.) has been observed.
(3) Our studies have not found thus far any inherited genetic effects from parental radiation exposure among the children of A-bomb survivors.

We need visions, missions and actions with confidence under uncertainties with resilience.
We have not yet reached to share a common goals, orientations, or even better changes.
First problem is that we are not sure how to find "the better" together. Boundary conditions are open, which has been regarded as a dreamy state. So called sustainable human developments might be an optimal expression, but .....
How to balance multi-lemma problems of complexities, diversities, trade-offs, uncertainties, ambiguities and uncertainties, e.g. EEE ? --> perception of importance of management expertise for keeping human resources, supply chain stabilities to adapt to the changing commercial and technical needs of the sector, ability to adapt and utilize new techniques and technologies and so on.
Good questions inspire fruitful actions. Many good questions have been given in the history.
