Basic principles to decide
 
(1) Act independently as well as collaboratively.
 
(2) Knowing the changes of such global flows as materials, moneys, information/data, energy, people and so on.
 
(3) Continue efforts to make services as better as possible to grasp the power.
 
(4) Find your real boss who has a capability to overcome "Black Swan". You can find him/her/it next door sometimes.
 
(5) Do it by yourself if it is important, and find co-workers to strengthen your business.
 
(6) Make something attractive to show your capability strategically by using your available time or by making time intentionally.
  
There are no established rules, and activate your brains continuously to catch up changes of rules.

Data on global conflicts took place from 750 B.C. up to now are analyzed and their general pattern is revealed. An attempt is made to foresee the next global conflict called the conflict of the 21st century. Its nature and main characteristics are analyzed. Main global threats are listed, and their impact on five groups of countries is determined using cluster analysis.
