Bullying takes control from  a person, by another persons actions against the person being bullied. 

Domestic Violence and associated symptoms are comparable to the behaviors in school, at work, and when public servants bully civil society.

Discreet or indiscreet incidents, indicators and evidence exist in nearly all situations of bullying, especially when the verbal assaults escalate to mobbing or become physical. 

Extreme violence is the highest form of either the bully or the person being bullied, the later is an effect of the abuse.
