With across-functional background that spans multiple industries, Kirsten leverages 20 years of experience in policy, finance, and information management to drive strategic business process improvements towards creating more effective, scalable, and innovative organizations. 

Kirsten recently served as president and CEO for Attensity Group, an established enterprise software and services company specializing in customer experience management and corporate intelligence.During her tenure, Kirsten restructured the company, which improved revenue by12% and operating expenses by 15%. In addition, she guided teams to a newcorporate vision that leveraged the company’s trademark listening and bigdata analytics capabilities to surface tactical and strategic insights aimed atbetter understanding customers, competitive threats, and marketopportunities. Combining the strength of four development offices with its headquarters in Palo Alto, California, Attensity worked with companies such asCisco, JetBlue, Yahoo!, eBay, Verizon and Whirlpool to enhance brand equity through the Attensity listening and engagement platforms.

Prior to Attensity, Kirsten developed econometric policy models for information protection and national security programs, which led to larger adoption of information security policies that were deployed across the DoD and DHS. Kirsten then served as Vice President ofCommercial Business at iSIGHT Partners where she developed new productofferings for enterprise cyber intelligence programs designed to be integrated intothe corporate risk management, financial forecasting, and businessdecision functions. These offerings resulted in 30% revenue growth, a 100%customer renewal rate, and a $15MM sales pipeline with a 40% conversion rate in6 months.

Kirsten came to data economics and analyticsfrom the financial services sector, where she managed $750 million in wealthmanagement trust banking portfolios. She holds a BA in English and German from the University of Oregon.
