Feminism and Enactive Cog. Sci
One of the shortcomings of postmodern and poststructuralist feminism is the lack of tools to tackle what goes on under the skin. The Foucaldian developments concerning an understanding of power have created a greater awareness in how power is culturally construcuted and embedded but this has not lead to means by which to understand the somatics of power nor how to adress change in power dynamics. I believe enactive cog. sci. could provide leverage here.
