Positive feedbacks respond to any increase in temperature
Known positive feedbacks include: increases in water vapour in atmosphere, changes in albedo due to loss of snow & ice, releases of CO2 & methane from soil & ocean. Cloud changes are weakly positive/ambivalent. Negative feedbacks: increased radiation from warmer Earth & small lapse rate feedback.
