Even Vince Cable had to admit that Mr Brown was "authorative" during PMQ's even when his authority within his own party was "draining away" and his cabinet were deserting him. 3rd of June PMQ's - Brown should've been eaten alive. It was the day after most of his cabinet had deserted him. But conversely, he managed to come out of it with respect and a sense of authority by focusing on policy, and Cameron's lack of it." |
