Nursing Homes are dangerously understaffed
A report issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in July 2000 found most nursing homes dangerously understaffed, especially profit-making nursing homes.  Amond the consequences of understaffing are increases in severe bedsores, malnutrition, dehydration, and infections.
