OC and LA are not similar in size
It only folllows that LA would experience a different traffic pattern. Traffic delays are inherant to all major metropolitan areas. Orange County doesn't have as severe a problem simply because it's smaller. Is Pottawatomie County, KS better than all of them because they have fewer traffic jams?
