Regulation would ensure internet evolution.

Competition and the allure of success is how the internet evolves.

It's the best way to provide competitive pricing, innovative products and services.

Discrimination of the internet by internet service providers would make it impossible for the web to continue to evolve.

Since the internet so far has been neutral, companies have been allowed to grow with little or no financial backing.

Google and Facebook were started by students and Ebay started in some guys garage.

These guys didn't need to buy their way on the web.

Once they started their services, their internet sites got the same attention as everyone else and grew based on the demand of the people, not chosen by service providers.

Future innovators should have the same chance.
