The United States Institute of Peace is just1/10 of 1% of the State Department Budget, and has played critical roles in Rwanda, Sudan, Bosnia, Kosovo, Nepal, Colombia, Nicaragua, The Middle East, Iraq and Afghanistan and many other post-conflict countries.
