Husserl shows the opposite
Husserl argues intentionality's built from nonintentional elements in a rule-governed way via a "passive synthesis" in which the data of sense experience are ordered into intentional perceptions "without any active participation of the subject".
Computers use rules to synthesize nonintentional data into intentional contents. Hence, Husserl shows that mental states can be duplicated by formal computer programs.
