Article 3 (5) Federal Constitution
Perkara 3 (5) Walau apa pun apa-apa jua dalam Perlembagaan ini, Yang di-Pertuan Agong hendaklah menjadi Ketua Agama Islam di WilayahWilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Labuan dan Putrajaya; dan bagi maksud ini Parlimen boleh melalui undang-undang membuat peruntukan-peruntukan bagi mengawal selia hal ehwal agama Islam dan bagi menubuhkan suatu Majlis untuk menasihati Yang di-Pertuan Agong mengenai perkara-perkara yang berhubungan dengan agama Islam.
Article 3 (5) Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall be the Head of the religion of Islam in the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya; and for this purpose Parliament may by law make provisions for regulating Islamic religious affairs and for constituting a Council to advise the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in matters relating to the religion of Islam.
