Universal Basic Income
A global opportunity to ensure every person on the planet has a universal basic income.In the hardest to reach parts of the world as little as $254.00 per year is proposed and according to those working on that effort, it might be enough or at least an improvement to having nothing. In California, AB65 proposes $1000.00 per month per resident in the state.

Open States use of natural infrastructure to adapt to climate change.

As part of the conversation surrounding California's proposal, it would be a good place to start here. 

California's Universal Basic Income proposal not clear, as of yet.  It would either be in excess of the maximum $957.00 paid by Social Security Administration (SSA).  is a higher rate than given to persons on SSA the fund and program used to fund the poor who are disabled. it is only $243 more than what is paid today or a State Allotment amount. 

This is a monthly amount of $1000 increasing current social security paid to poor who are disabled.  Which potentially could increase SSA from $957.00 to $1957.00.
