Phase I : Organize a series of materials data schools jointly as the Summer School we did in Kashiwa to increase smart young successors for each country. Digital texts and innovative tools for the School need to be developed collaboratively by member countries, namely, India, China and Japan. Data sharing and utilization for education need to be encouraged as “commons”, supported by TSU/IoT, AI, ab initio methods and so on.
Phase II : Building materials databases and data systems following requests from each sponsor. Designing and developing data “business” models strengthened by advanced ICT in a way to get better outcomes as a whole by “innovative standards about trusts”.
Phase III : Collaboration to solve common problems such as SDGs taking advantage of available data resources developed by member countries.
