Mrs. Lily Chepkemoi Ronoh Koech has over 20 years of work experience in various fields including Building and Construction; ICT Networking; Retail of ICT equipment and software; Community Development including establishment & running of the local Community Based Organizations for the benefit of the communities. With her immense interest to transform society through empowering women, Lily has founded and is the current secretary of Konyon Wenditai Empowerment Network (KWEN). KWEN is an NGO based in Bomet County within the republic of Kenya. Over the years, she has been in senior management positions for over 20 years and she is passionate, astute and dynamic prime mover in community development matters, especially where women empowerment is concerned. Additionally, Lily Koech is a board member of the Namelok Dairies Ltd and the Secretary to Honey Plus SACCO in Nairobi, Kenya. Her involvement in all these has built her capacity to handle and oversee complex community projects with some ease and sense of excellence.

Lily Koech is a holder of Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Entrepreneurship (Kenyatta University - KU). She too holds a bachelor of Arts degree in Technology and Management Studies (Moi University in Kenya.
