Human Trust Concerns

Big Data is the name for technology experts which implies the source for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) among others like machine learning and fusion centers used by Justice at local, state, and national levels.

The video from every camera, in our homes, on ,on our devices, on our smart TV, on street corners, in bars and every retail store.

Once people were offered privacy by not carrying a device, our trust in our legal and justice system is misplaced and "we the people" have become a non-democratic society. 

We must ask ourselves the following;

1. If we are to trust the police and release our every move to captures on video
   1. Why not communicate the practices instead of doing so without our knowledge, knowing would certainly reduce crime.
   2. Why is our every move monitored and used by others who earn profits and none shared?
   3. Why do police protest violently to supplying the public with the very same information about their public service to us?
      1. If they avoid sharing, what can we assume about the harms they are doing to civil society, that they get to avoid?
2. If we cannot access the video or data collected about civil society...
3. If we have no visibility into the harms or must correct misinformation caused by others, why do we have to fix the problems? 
4. if we cannot acquire the same data or information to prevent or dispute harm, why do others have the right to collect it? 

In the very least, civil society needs a single record for every person.

Children and dependent adults need a way for the guardian to manage their identity in engineering the private data which we need to share and do so in partnerships which restore dignity, justice and promote prosperity for people and planet.
