For the sake of overlaying a crisis circumstance over these standards, in some cases I have substituted the words "employee" and "workplace" with 'Responder' and 'Responder Location' respectively.  The word "Company" may be substituted with Community.  This risk landscape and management values seems to hold up, if not be exacerbated, in emergent crisis environments.
