Purchase the opium crop and use it to relieve pain in Africa
6 million die of terminal cancer in Africa each year. Present opium supplies from India Turkey &c are inadequate. The Afghan crop can be put to good use, and in doing so, the funding and influence of the Taleban will be diminished.
