Interested in helping Recovery Team outline paths for reestablishment of Correlations between individuals and institutions - and to make visible the dependencies that a particular recognition by a particular actor might require.

I am an opponent of "global identity initiatives."  I believe such projects:
1) fundamentally misunderstand what identity is and
2) lend themselves to concentrations of power and abuses of that power in myriad ways.

I am in favor of systems and approaches aligned with Joe Andrieu's articulation of "Functional Identity" as correlations held by individuals (identity is in the eye of the beholder).
