(Preliminary information) Paramedics arrive at MJJ residence and:
- patient is asystolic
- CPR and ACLS protocols are followed
- two rounds of epinephrine and atropine
- intubation
- patient remains unresponsive, pupils are fixated and dilated
- Dr. C. R. Murray advised to transport to UCLA Medical Center and gave medical orders throughout transport
