Non-public schools suggest any variation of schools beyond the public school models in place today. The proposal intends to build an economic engine which develops our youth while delivering ethical innovation. The makers must have an effective infrastructure; we don't have any good examples today. Assume this proposal empowers and delivers innovation as a service.

Ocean focus incorporates multiple types of populations

We have many variables which are different and we should design for these realities. 

We must design for people and planet, as each person has a physical self and most of us have no idea about the digital and virtual representations despite promises to protect each persons privacy. 

The reality is that people are being forced to release their rights to privacy everyday.  The reality we must face originates with the fact that we haven't delivered technology to support these promises and have absolutely no infrastructure to support any laws or contractual agreements.

Each  of the three management capabilities require users to have access to  create either management records or the transaction records.  In no  case, would a user be in both groups.  Within both groups a Business and  an IT user group follows the same segregation of duty rule.  404  assurances some might refer to the requirement.  In every business or  agency, since the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002, if yet to see any  organization get these requirements right.  Specifically the segregation  of duties.  
 
To  my knowledge; the single biggest challenge in most organizations or  agencies would be the inability to distinguish the difference between  management and transactional data.  The data part of the equation leads  me to believe the problem gets very confusing in the way Data Experts  see the world and how they truly believe they own the data.   
 
A  very wise developer I once worked with said, Technology can do  anything.  What it should do, that's the governance job?  He was wise in  that he truly made anything happen in technology. He wasn't entirely  right about governance.  
 
Every employee has a responsibility to not to abuse the magic of technology.  
 
If a person does not have access in the system of record; 
  • THE PERSON NOR ANY AGENT FOR THE PERSON WOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO CREATE A SHADOW APPLICATION 
 
How do we get these two types of requirements wrong?  
We  don't understand and have not been educated on the differences AND the  three management types are shown on every transaction.

An integrated crisis management solution must be developed to ensure no one is left behind.  
Based on a technology transfer synthesis and ability to re-use the per cloud on any device we can meet this criteria by building a solution that connects to people the same way every time.  
 
  • Instead of building many small applications with different degrees of code
  • We build the marketplace and supply templates for those developing.  
  • The development is done - the tech transfer doesn't change the suppliers bring their offers forward in a structured way.

The design incorporates the various millennium development concepts, for example "the earth project".   The ability to monitor funded projects with GIS capabilities increases reliability and accountability worldwide.  belt threat exist for all indigenous people in all parts of the world relative to human rights and dignity based on inequality at the hand of governments when they fail to honor treaties or allow states to override the treaty with local law.  and exclusion has proven to be a threat recognized by others.an error by ommission

The National High School Center has served as a central  source  of information on high school improvement for the Regional Comprehensive   Center network from 2005 until 2013. This technical assistance network   supported state education agencies and the districts and schools they  served as  they worked to implement the goals of the Elementary and  Secondary Education  Act (ESEA). This website contains all  of the  Center’s work on College and Career  Readiness, Early Warning Systems  (EWS), students with disabilities,  English Language Learners, high school  dropout, and other high school  improvement topics.

Assume-an awesome revenue stream and return for any transformation schools would be to create jobs and ideally avoid jails.  Granted the NY school has an elite investor group which will equal sustainability for the NY school.
