The Climate Action Tracker gives two ranges: one under "current policies" (high end 4.9 C) and with "pledges" (low end 2.3).

CAT estimates "the global-mean temperature increase above pre-industrial by 2100, with an uncertainty range originating from carbon-cycle and climate modelling."

It shows under "current policies" a range of 2.6 to 4.9 C with a global mean of 3.6 and with "pledges" a range of 2.3 to 3.5, with a mean of 2.8 C.
