The Health Works strategywas launched in November 2009, the Scottish Government’s Healthy Working Lives Strategy, as part of which public-sector bodies will develop a public-sector mandate for public bodies to become exemplars and champions for Health Works. Policy and practice will be adopted to promote the health and wellbeing of all staff. Health Works tools have been developed to help delivery of the Strategy [1].
