There is sufficient evidence that temperature is rising.
Some of the skeptics argue that longer-term evidence that modern temperatures are higher than they have been for hundreds or thousands of years is actually too flaky to be meaningful. However, the use of the pejorative word "flaky" is inadequate to refute many thousands of scientific observations.
