Assume the Five Capability model applies the capabilities in the parent child and service orientated architecture in a manner which meets the regulatory and financial standards associated with Sarbanes Oxley act of 2002 and General Accounting Accepted Practices when implemented in conformance with EA and BA standards described in this debate graph. 

Service Management Model

In a service management science model we assume the adoption of IT and Business Service standards in the same manner we've adopted service management for IT. A service management science theory suggest the adaption of a process approach from APQC scaled for the business process stakeholders across any size company.
