Despite filtration systems, 100% of lethal toxins aren't fully removed
There is no argument that the Moon's water has plenty of foreign chemicals to living things on earth's bodies. It's very true that filtration systems will remove a majority of lethal chemicals, but that small portion that forgets to be removed can instantly kill a living individual on Earth as soon as you can imagine.
