This is why the U.S should send astronauts to extract water.
Since actual human beings sent to outer space, or astronauts, are more skilled and reliable that robots or satellites, astronauts should be our main resource sent to the moon for water extraction and observation of planets. In addition, astronauts cost much less that robots.
