Less is more when it comes to this sort of thing. There is a movie that came out about 2009 called Moon where an astronaut is sent to mine Helium 3. The story is completely science fiction, but it does a good job of saying that less is more. The company that he worked for supplied clean energy to the Earth but they didnt want a big team so they only had a one man team on the moon. 1000 is too many. 100 or even 10 is better.☜407A52
