We begin in te kore. When something stirs within is we enter into te po and when we have an aha moment, when insight reveals the truth to us we enter into te aomarama. When this moment passes we cycle back to te kore. This is what the circle of the koru symbolises. The past, present and future are encompassed within this cycle or rhythm of the universe. This rhythm exists within us and we can access any phase of the cycle at any time.

The age that we are currently in is the age of te po.
