Tentative agenda:

 Day 1, Sunday: Social day. Through suitably created social events (introduction to Dubrovnik etc.) the participants 'land' into the shared space, get to know each other...

Day 2, Monday: Sharing Initiatives and Ideas. The initiatives, such as Think2Impact, KARL, WELTribe and Community of Impact, are presented and discussed in proper, long lectures. Other relevant ideas, such as Knowledge Federation, are put on the map in brief, Pecha Kucha-style presentations.

Day 3, Tuesday: Creating a Community of Communities. Self-organizing Collaborology. Drawing the domain map, deciding on modalities of our own collaboration, setting stage for developing a 'platform of platforms', or NIC of NICS as Doug would have said it.

Day 4, Wednesday: Seeding Systemic Innovation. Can we put our acts together and help the key developments in the systems community, which is beginning to self-organize in ways that can initiate or enable or 'bootstrap' the self-re-organization of the larger community...
