the reason why schools have standardized testing is because teachers need to be evaluated on how well they are teaching the kids that is one of the one ways they can tell even if they get fired. there are many different kinds of teachers there are some that will give you easy tests just to pass you even if you didn't learn everything that's why standardized test are a good idea.
