Brainstorming with Heidi each Wed. - I informed Heidi of an event in Oakland that needs a nutritionist. Got us thinking about food for the poor and resources. Why do we have landscaping in front of apartment complexes and homes vs food? How about growing food inside? How/why did we let someone else control our food and make it seem insignificant.

1. Continuing on my projects:
a. Healing Soup app development with a team of chef-herbalist-nutritionist and programmers. We’re about 70% to finish.
b. Weight loss book, as yet untitled. Just finished sections on “No Starving,” “No Calorie Counting,” and “What?. . . No More Cravings?"
2. Set up meeting with the Founder of Sankofa Global Project re a possible obesity and food sourcing project for West Oakland middle school students and their parents. Contact initiated by Brien.
