Healthcare has the greatest threat to harm people.  A man does the right things, raises his daughters without his wife's help and walks a straight line.  He works in a youth authority for the first part of his career.  Suddenly he's arrested for medical insurance fraud.  He's immediately fired from his job.  Accusation alone was enough to terminate hi employment. 

He gets another job, as he's fighting the charges he finally is cleared and the second job, fired him without the conviction.  Supplying arrest information to employers will always causean employer to panic and criminals aren't very creditable in court.  No fear, no accountability and no justice for human rights, civil rights and a violation of privacy.
