It's impossible to normalize: No probability assumptions are possible
Because we don’t have any principled reasons to restrict the upper range of each of these constants, the space of possible universes explodes into infinity making it impossible to normalize – (or make add up to 1) a basic requirement for talking about the probability of a LPU given the assumption of a uniform chance process.
