David Price's perspective

David commented that this approach to looking at power steps outside of the framework that power imposes on people. By doing so it transcends and rejects frameworks of power and opens the possibility of alternative dialogues with respect to power.

Frameworks of power affect all who are implied by that framework: those whom are the holders and wielders of power as well as those who are disempowered. In any case the sense of self that the person is afforded is shaped by the power framework and it is a limitation, an infringement on the freedom of the individual to be fully their 'self'.

If we can step outside of frameworks of power and examine holistically how they affect us perhaps we can reclaim our freedom of self from them.
