Practitioners will need to learn about basic element analysis, the aggregates and mental factors, first theoretically and then in practice through exercises that teach them to recognise them when the arise. These are aspects of the nature of experience that the practitioners will need to understand so that they can understand the approach to CFS that I have developed.

Practitioners will need to teach a basic understanding of basic element analysis, the aggregates and mental factors to clients. They will need to ensure that client is able to identify the aggregates and mental factors in everyday experience and they will need to relate these to the CFS experience of the client.
