· cultural mutant—seeing that there is a better way of being in the world than what our present cultural and social environments might support; wanting an environment that suits who I have become; seeing that my personal life and growth extend naturally into systemic innovation and change for the benefit of all

· Noah’s father—my grandfather could have wanted to buy an adjacent piece of land so that his son may inherit it and have a better life… now my concern is that Noah will inherit a kind of world where he can have a meaningful life;

· academic researcher— sponsored to think and act freely, and give what he considers worthwhile in return;

· Chief Evangelist of Knowledge Federation—with mission to enable knowledge work to re-create itself—and in that way continue the 2.5 millennia-long academic tradition in a fascinating new direction;

· systemic innovator— inspired by Erich Jantsch and Aurelio Peccei, recognizing systemic innovation as the next creative frontier

For this objective

Bootstrapping an embryo of a self-organizing global village—where people and organizations will align in a new way, which supports and invites the best in us, and which turns our best efforts into best effects for all humans, and environment; a vibrant, growing, self-sustaining community of aligned individuals and organizations that identify themselves with COI and support those core principles for the wellbeing of all

With this commitment

· Co-evolve, co-exist and co-create— to live my own life and purpose through co-evolution with Amigos

· Bootstrap the practice, theory and ethos of collaborative systemic innovation for the wellbeing of all

· I will commit 5-10 hours per week part-time, aside from my paying day job as VPE eGain

· I will meet with you every morning PT (excepting Sundays) from ~6 for about an hour each day

· I will work to ground every PFTF and COI activity in the core identifying principles of PFTF and COI, or evolve those principles as we see necessary

· If we define and evolve PFTF / COI to a viable self-sustaining venture that can viably support our families, I intend to devote my full-time efforts toward PFTF / COI.

· It would be ideal if my current full-time gig and PFTF / COI can align and coalesce.

· I will execute action items that I agree to undertake as a result of PFTF and COI discussions and planning activities

· To practice and bootstrap what we are developing in concept

To achieve these intended milestones

· Foster the COI as a ‘continent’ i.e. a ‘magnet’—an embryo of re-alignment—‘strong enough magnet to create re-alignment—supported by both way of being and institutional mechanics or checks and balances—supporting the above-stated objective

· The above milestone has been reached or

· We have collectively decided that my engagement of this kind is no longer needed.
