Description: Mandates and assets published pursuant to Article 8 of the laws of June 26, 2004 implementing and completing the laws of May 2, 1995 relating to the obligation to file a list of mandates,
functions and occupations and a declaration of assets (corrections to lists previously published). About 7500 Belgian politicians and senior public servants must file declarations under this law.

Actors: - The persons who are obliged by law to declare their mandates and assets.
- The Court of Auditors which is publishing the list once a year in the Belgisch Staatsblad/Moniteur Belge (August, downloading is ineffective or slow) and next also at their website (find the link to the authentic list there).
