The legal definition for a "Natural Person" is simply "a human being." This definition is supported by the legal definitions contained in recent "Fetal Homicide" laws that define a "child in the womb" in "any stage of development" as "a Human Being." These laws already make it a crime of "murder" to intentionally kill a "child in the womb" in a criminal act.
