2. Item on agenda
When an item is put on the agenda for debate (in a Committee or in the plenary meeting) it is a suitable time to consolidate the public conversation it has yielded.
A consolidation of tagged comments from the used social platforms can be created and presented to the MEPs intending to participate in the parliamentary debate.

Spundge, Storify, and Twitter timelines for tags are examples of off-the-shelf social media solutions that can be used in this exercise. 

Either parliament services or CSO could perform the consolidation.
