the US government spends a great amount of its money on programs such as welfare but not necessarily very much on Citizen Safety Programs. these programs need lenders to support funding which can be very hard to come by in low-income communities which is why they are more typical in white-collar communities. this is unfair as most crime takes place in our low-income neighborhoods. if we helped these communities it would benefit everyone. as a society we should become more involved in keeping our communities safe which will in turn reduce crime rates such as theft, assault and murder and allow for a safer and more comfortable upbringing for our children. |
