Unendorsed copying in general does not involve misrepresentation
Counterfeiting, impersonation, forgery, plagiarism, cheating in tests and essay questions, and trademark infringement all involve misrepresentation in one way or another, which is to say they all essentially involve lying. Unendorsed copying in general involves no such misrepresentation.
