Technological progress is changing the world very rapidly, but we haven't fully thought through the implications of these changes, which contain perils as well as promises. Each episode of Future Talk covers an area of rapid change, such as medical technology, energy technology or information technology, and tries to see where these changes are leading us. Future Talk asks the question:
What can WE do to make sure the changes benefit humankind rather than harm it?
