The US needs to be mindful of their involvement of ground troops
By only using ground troops when necessary in a battle, the US can save lives of soldiers and money.
This process was used in Libya, when the government only sent air troops and drones to aid the rebels in Libya. This process only cost the United States $1 Billion as compared to $87 Billion for a year in Iraq with ground troops.
